Manufacturing Defects
We will supervise the production and do our best to minimize manufacturing defects during production.
All holes defects are not allowed for perforated screen plates.
 

 

Raw material test adopts 100% inspection principle. each batch materials are inspected from chemical composition, physical property and dimensions.
Qualified materials will be labeled and stored in the warehouses.
Sub-quality materials will be sent back to the manufacturer and replace the qualified materials again.
