Except for CNC punching plate, photo etching plates and laser cutting plates, metal plate also can be drilled into super perforated metal screen sheet for more stringent application requirements. Generally, perforated metal screen sheet demands drilling process when the material plate is much thicker than the diameter of the perforation, as common CNC punching, etching laser cutting cannot handle it well.

Micro Hole Perforated Metal always means the hole size smaller than 1.0 mm. Our CNC Punching machine can make the smallest 0.4 mm & 0.5 mm, Etching Micro Hole Perforated Metal Mesh can be 0.2 mm and even smaller, and Drilling Perforated Metal make holes smaller than thickness.

Our Micro Hole Perforated Metal made by 0.1-1.0 mm stainless steel sheet, carbon steel plate, aluminum sheet, brass sheet and other metal plate.

Micro Hole Perforated Metal are different than common hole size perforated metal. The hole size can't be larger than thickness, for these kind of sheets, diameter of holes and thickness are the same most of times (also called holes-as-thickness).
